AVISTA UTILITIES REVISED TARIFFS PER: WWP-E-98-11 AND AVU-E-99-5
Attached are tariffs submitted by Avista Utilities per Order No. 28097 in WWP-E-98-11 and Order No. 28108 in AVU-E-99-5.
Also attached is a Memorandum from Keith Hessing indicated that he has reviewed the tariffs and recommends approval with an effective date of 8-1-99.
Therefore, said tariffs are hereby approved this date - 8-2-99, to be effective 8-1-99.
