CASE NO. INT-G-99-1, ORDER NO. 28019
Attached hereto are copies of Intermountain Gas Company’s revised Tariff Sheets filed in accordance with Commission Order No. 28109 in Case No. INT-G-99-1. Also attached is a copy of a Memorandum from George Fink, Staff Engineer regarding his review of said tariffs.
George recommends approval of the tariffs and indicates the approval date should be July 30, 1999 and the effective date August 1, 1999 per the Commission Order.
Therefore, we hereby approve said tariffs this date.
