Attached is a memorandum from Birdelle Brown regarding the combined Tariff to reflect the merger of Direct Communications Rockland, Inc. and Direct Communications Lakeside, Inc.
GVNW has now completed their compliance filing in response to said order and as set out in Birdelle Brown’s Memorandum, staff believes approval can be achieved through Minute Entry and they ask for an effective date of May 1, 1999.
Therefore, this Minute Entry approves the new filing the date of this order; effective May 1, 1999.
