On April 29, 1999, Avista Utilities (WWP) filed Twelfth Revision Sheet 66 Cancelling Substitute Eleventh Revision Sheet 66 in the above-named Case. This schedule properly reflects the rate change associated with the expiration of the rebate put in place in WWP-E-98-6.
Keith Hessing, staff engineer,  has reviewed the tariff and he indicates it is correctly filed and he recommends approval.
Therefore, said tariff is approved this date; effective June 1, 1999 (as requested by the company).
