filed in the ldaho Public Utilities Commission on December 22, 2023. A IVIOTION FOR
DEFAULT JUDGI\ilENT was filed by Appellant on January 7 , 2024. A IVIOTION OF QUASHING
OF THE MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT ON UNTIMELY SUBMISSION ONLY was filed
by Appellant on January 16,2024. A JURISDICTIONAL CHALLENGE AGAINST IPUC was
filed by Appellant on January 17, 2024. A IvIOTION FOR SUIVIUARY JUDGMENT was filed by
Appellant on January 19,2024. Therefore, after due consideration,
lT lS ORDERED that Appellant's MOTION OF QUASHING OF THE IVOTION FOR
DEFAULT JUDGIVIENT ON UNTI[/ELY SUBMISSION ONLY is GRANTED and the Motion for
Default Judgment is deemed WITHDRAWN.
lT lS FURTHER ORDERED that Appellant's JURISDICTIONAL CHALLENGE AGAINST
IPUC is DENIED.
lT lS FURTHER ORDERED that as this appeal is suspended, no additional documents
should be filed into this Supreme Court case until the suspension is lifted. Pursuant to ldaho
