Comment: "IPUC lost juristdiction with their final decions and is moot interfering in appeal filed only
againt Rocky Mountain Power as sole defendants and had no reason to be meddling in the case of a
private citizen with lone defendant named Rocky mountain Power after the appeal case was accepted
as has nothing to do with IPUC, the original case should have been closed in day of final decision and
notice of appeal. I have avoided psting because This is moot and does not involve IPUc but Mr Duval
seems to wasn't to claim jurisdiction that no longer pertains here and does not concern IPUC just Rocky
mountain Power, Please for last time as asking him to remove IPUC as a Defendant if anyone but him
can. and does merit an investigation to the abuse power and false claims of jurisdiction thats his problem
not the agencies of power but that is not my beef either."
