I the appellant Sherry Cole under I.R.C.P 56 ask the court for a summary Judgment against Rocky Mountain whom does not have any defense for what was done at any step of their process based on the facts of this case submitted, and IPUC is still Considered moot in my case. Fact 1: Starting with the 5th and14th amendment protection violation by Rocky Mountain Power in reversing the credit already given based on Exhibit 1 report on their own letter head , Exhibit 2 credit appears on following months bill after issue was resolved and Exhibit 3 second bill after RECEIVED Friday, January 19, 2024 8:00AM IDAHO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION issue was fixed and they reversed it and ignoring exhibit 1. Stating there was nothing they could do their investigation a month later found the meters were not crossed. This being the case shown by the evidence and predating rocky Mountain Powers claim Relief requested Appellant prays for summary Judgment ruling against the defendant Rocky Mountain Power solely, from this Court in the Constitutional Violation of 5th and 14th amendments.
