CONTINUE SUSPENSION OF APPEAL and DECLARATION OF GREGORY M. ADAMS
IN SUPPORT OF APPELLANT COLEMAN HYDROELECTRIC, LLC'S STIPUI.ATED
MOTION TO CONTINUE SUSPENSION OF APPEAL were filed by counsel for the parties
on March 16, 2022, requesting this Court for an Order to continue suspension of
proceedings in this appeal for an additional ninety (90) days, or until one of the parties
moves to lift the suspension. Therefore, good cause appearing,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the APPELLANT COLEMAN HYDROELECTRIC,
LLC'S STIPULATED MOTION TO CONTINUE SUSPENSION OF APPEAL be, and is
hereby, APPROVED. Proceedings in this appeal shall be SUSPENDED for an additional
ninety (90) days from the date of this Order, or unti! a party to this appeal requests the stay
