SUBJECT: KIKI TIDWELL'S APPEAL OF ORDER NO. 33928 TO THE IDAHO
supREME COURT, SUPREME COURT DOCKET NO. 456{4-2017 (IPUC

On December 27,2017, Kiki Leslie Tidwell, acting through counsel, filed with the
Comrnission a Notice of Appcal from OrderNo. 33928 in Case No. IPC-E-16-28. The Notice of
Appeal has been filed with the ldaho Supreme Court, which has designated the appeal docket
number 45644-2017. The appeal is currently titled "ldaho Public Utilities Commission and
Idaho Power v. Kiki Leslie A. Tidwell." Per Idaho Appellate Rule 6, the agency may, by order,
correct the title of an appeal at any time before the agency's record is lodged with the Supreme
Court.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staffrecommends that the Commission issue an order correcting the title of the appeal to
"Kiki Leslie A. Tidwell v. Idatro Public Utilities Commission and ldaho Power Company'' to
more appropriately reflect the parties' positions on appeal, and directing the Commission
Secretary to file a copy of the order with the Supreme Court.
