On December 27, 2017, Kiki Leslie A. Tidwell filed a timely Notice of Appeal from
Order No. 33928 in Idaho Public Utilities Commission Case No. IPC-E-16-28, In the Notice,
Ms. Tidwell named the Idaho Public Utilities Commission and Idaho Power as Respondents.
Idaho Appellate Rule 6 provides that the Commission o'may by order correct the title of
an appeal or cross-appeal at any time before the . . . agency's record is lodged" with the Supreme
Court. Under Rule 6, the Commission issues this Order correcting the title of the case on appeal.
We find that the amended title appropriately reflects the positions of the parties on appeal.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the title of the appeal in this matter shall be corrected as
reflected above to show Kiki Leslie A. Tidwell as Appellant, and the Idaho Public Utilities
Commission and Idaho Power Company as Respondents on Appeal.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Commission Secretary shall file a copy of this
Order changing the title of the appeal with the Supreme Court.
