A MOTION TO WITHDRAW and an AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF MOTION TO
WTHDRAW were filed by counsel for lntervenor-Appellant on January 11,2019, requesting this
Court allow attorney of record Samuel Linnet to withdraw from this case and allow lntervenor-
Appellant Kiki Tidwell to appear pro se for any and all future proceedings. Therefore, good
cause appearing,
lT lS HEREBY ORDERED that the MOTION TO WITHDRAW be, and is hereby,
GRANTED on the condition that Attorney for lntervenor-Appellant, Samuel Linnet shall
immediately serve a copy of this Order upon lntervenor-Appellant and shall immediately file
proof of such service upon lntervenor-Appellant with this Court. Furthermore, as lntervenor-
Appellant Kiki Tidwell has notified this Court via phone that she will be filing a Petition for
Rehearing, pro se, this appeal shall proceed with lntervenor-Appellant appearing pro se.
