1.I make this Affidavit based upon my own personal knowledge and belief
and am fully competent to testify to the facts stated herein.
2.I am the attorney for the Intervenor-Appellant,Kiki Leslie A.Tidwell,in
the above-entitled matter and a licensed attorney for the State of Idaho.
3.Intervenor-appellant,Kiki Leslie A.Tidwell,wishes to continue in Docket
