a On page 23,the reference to Idaho Code $ 67-5201(1) should be replaced with Idaho Code
5 67-s20r(2).
On page 23,the citation Hookv. Horner,95 Idaho 657,661,517 P.2d 554. 558 (1973)
should be deleted.
