OF MOTION TO EXPEDITE were filed by counsel for Appellants on February 1, 2013, requesting
this Court for an Order setting oral argument in the above matter for the August 2013 Term of Court.
Thereafter, IDAHO PUC'S RESPONSE TO GROUSE CREEK WIND'S MOTION TO EXPEDITE
ORAL ARGUMENT was filed by counsel for the Idaho Public Utilities Commission on February 4,
2013. Subsequently, IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S RESPONSE TO GROUSE CREEK
WIND'S MOTION TO EXPEDITE ORAL ARGUMENT was filed by counsel for
Respondent-Intervenor Idaho Power Company on February 15, 2013. The Court is fully advised;
therefore, good cause appearing,
