On May 29,2011, PacifiCorp dba Rocky Mounta Power fied a tiely Notice of
Appea frm Order Nos. 32224, 32196, and 32151 in Case No. PAC-E-1O-07. On June 7 and 15,
2011, PacifCorp filed an Amended Notice of Appea and a Secnd Amended Notice of Appeal,
resvely.
Idao Appellate' Rule (I.A.R.) 6 provides tht the Commssion "may by order corrct
the title of an appea or cross-appea at any tie before the . . . agency's record is lodged" with
the Supree Cour. Puuat to I.A.R. 6, the Commssion issues ths Order correctig the title of
the case on appea. We fid that the amended title appropriately reflects the positions of the
pares on appeal.
