This letter is request that the Cour not set oral arguent on the above-referenced matter
on May 4, 2011. I have just leared that the University of Idaho College of Law with the State
and Federal Cours has scheduled a 2-day seminar on May 4 and 5, 2011 on Risk Assessment,
Neuroscience, and Best Practices for Experienced Mediators. There are not many opportties
for local courses on mediation and I would very much like to attend ths seminar. I do a large
amount of mediation work in my practice and am required to maintai continuing legal education
credits to remain on the certfied mediator lists and rosters.
