fied by counsel for the Idaho Association of Highway Distrcts, the Association of Idaho Cities and
the Idaho Association of Counties on June 21, 2010. Thereafter, RESPONDENT IDAHO POWER
COMPANY'S RESPONSE TO MOTION FOR AMICUS CURIAE BRIEF and an AFFIDAVIT
OF LISA D. NORDSTROM IN SUPPORT OF RESPONDENT IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S
RESPONSE TO MOTION FOR AMICUS CURIAE BRIEF were fied by counsel for Respondent
Idaho Power on July 2, 2010. The Court is fully advised; therefore, good cause appearing,
IT HEREBY IS ORDERED that the MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE AMICUS CURAE
BRIEF be, and hereby is, GRATED and the Idaho Association of Highway Distrcts, the
Association of Idaho Cities and the Idaho Association of Counties, shall be granted leave to appear
as amicus curiae in this proceeding for purposes of fiing an AMICUS CURIAE BRIEF ONL Y and
shall not participate in oral argument.

IT FURTHER is ORDERED that the Idaho Association of Highway Districts, the
Association of Idaho Cities and the Idaho Association of Counties, must fie their amicus curiae
brief with this Court on or before twenty-eight (28) days of the date of this Order. Respondent
Idaho Power may fie a Response to the amicus curiae brief, to the extent that any new issues are
raised therein, within fourteen (14) days of the date of the fiing of the amicus curiae brief.
Appellant's Reply Brief is due within twenty-one (21) days of the date of the filing of the Response
to the amicus curiae brief.
