LISA D. NORDSTROM, being fist dily sworn upon oath, deposes and states as follows:
1. I am an attorney of record for Respondent Idaho Power Company in the above-
captioned action.
2. I am dily admitted to the practice of law before ths Cour and the cour of the
state of Idaho and maintain offces at 1221 West Idaho Street, Boise, Idaho 83702.

3. I have personal knowledge of the matters herein referred to and make ths
Afdavit in Support of Respondent Idaho Power Company's Response to Motion for Amicus
Curae Brief.
4. The matter of allowing or denying the Motion for Amicus Curae Brief is withn
the Cour's discretion. However, the Movants:
a. Had the opportity to paricipate in the underlying case before the Idaho
Public Utilities Commission but did not; and
b. Cou1d have requested leave to file an Amicus Curae Brief before the
briefig schedu1e was set by the Cour.
5. As a matter of fudamenta fairness, if the Cour grants the Motion, Idao Power
Company requests the opportty to respond should the Amicus Curiae Brief present new issues
that Idao Power Company did not address in the underlying case before the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission. If ths were to occur, Idaho Power Company requests that the Cour adjust
the briefing schedu1e to allow it to fie a Reply Brief to the Movants' Amicus Curae Brief.
