BUILDING CONTRACTORS' UNCONTESTED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME FOR FILING APPELLANT'S BRIEF - 1 In accordance with I.A.R. 34(e), Building Contractors states the following: 1. Appellant's Brief curently is due May 3,2010. 2. No previous extension of time has been granted. 3. No previous request for an extension oftime has been denied. 4. As described in the Affdavit of Michael C. Creamer in Support of Building Contractors' Uncontested Motion for Extension of Time for Filing Appellant's Brief, fied contemporaneously herewith, the reasons or grounds why an extension is necessar are that counsel's schedule, including preparng for, travelling to, and attending hearings in eastern Idaho the week of April 26-30, 2010 wil not permit adequate time to prepare Appellant's Brief. 5. Building Contractors requests a 21-day extension, which wil make May 24, 2010 the date on which its Appellant's Briefwil be due. 6. All other paries stipulate to Building Contractors' requested for extension of time. 7. All other paries agree to Building Contractors' requested extension of time. 8. Building Contractors' counsel assures the Court that its Appellant's Briefwil be fied by May 24,2010 if this request for extension is granted.
