I am the attorney of record in the above-captioned matter for Petitioner/Appellant The Building Contractors Association of Southwestern Idaho, Inc. ("BCA"). I have personal knowledge of the matters set forth herein. 2. In its May 25,2011 Opinion (2011 Opinion No. 55) in the above-captioned matter, the Idaho Supreme Cour awarded costs on appeal to Respondents Idaho Public Utilties Commission ("IPUC") and Idaho Power Company (the "Company"). Based on memoranda of costs fied by Respondents, the Idaho Supreme Cour, in its June 21, 2011 Remittitur, allowed costs on appeal to IPUC in the amount of $270.00, and to the Company in the amount of $678.69. 3. On July 5, 2011, in fulfillment of the award of costs described above, I caused payment by check, issued by BCA and payable to each Respondent for the amount stated above, to be hand delivered to each Respondent's counsel at the street address listed on the attached Certificate of Service, together with a copy of this Affdavit.
