Case No. USW-T-98-20--Tariff Advices 98-18-N and 98-19-N
On March 5, 1999, U S West filed tariffs in compliance with Commission Order No. 27912 to Rebalance Access and Local Rates in Northern Idaho, effective April 13, 1999.
Birdelle Brown, Telecommunications Analyst has reviewed the tariffs and attached hereto is her Memorandum and Summary of Proposed Changes. After review of the tariffs she indicates they are in compliance with the Commission order and she recommends approval via this Minute Entry, since it is a compliance filing.
Therefore, the Commission hereby accepts her recommendation and approves said tariffs this date; effective April 13, 1999.
