CITIZENS COMMUNICATIONS
Attached is copy of a Memorandum from Birdelle Brown to Myrna Walters regarding Citizens Communications” tariffs filed in accordance with Commission Order Nos. 27789 and 27826 dealing with rate rebalancing and EAS and local calling plans. Also attached is a recap of the rate revisions.
Birdelle has reviewed the tariffs and per her memorandum she indicates the tariffs filed reflect the terms and conditions approved by the Commission. She recommends that since it is a compliance filing, the tariffs be approved by Minute Entry.
Said tariffs are hereby approved this date - 3-2-99; with the effective date for the rate rebalancing tariffs to be 3-3-99 and the EAS and local calling plans tariffs to be effective 3-17-99.
