Sherry Cole, petitioner filed motion to answer and objected to Idaho Public Utilities being added
as a defendant on October 3rd, 2023 and served them on same date via Icourt portal and email as
done in the formal complaint, with the Commission, Michael Duval has not listed in Icourt
portal to be served in this manner. 28 days later still no response to the 14 days to answer or any
other communications.

Commission as defendants.
Appellant also asks the court to remove the suspension of the case, and that all records she

manner.
