OF IDAHO'S PETITION TO
TO WITHDRAW
COMES NOW, the Community Action Partnership Association of Idaho ("CAPAI") and,
pursuant to Rule 45 of the Commission's Rules of Procedure, IDAPA 31.01.01.45, moves this
Commission for an Order authorizing CAPAI to withdraw from this proceeding for the reasons
set forth below.
As the Commission might be aware, CAPAI has recently undergone intemal changes
resulting in, among other things, the replacement of its past Executive Director with a new
individual. As a result, it has become necessary for CAPAI to focus on the transition that it is
going through. CAPAI is still very much involved in low-income issues and looks forward to
continued involvement with issues and cases that come before the Commission involving the
interests of Idaho's most financially challenged utility ratepayers.
