AVISTA CORPORATION DBA AVISTA UTILITIES
On January 6, 1999, Avista Corporation filed revised Electric Tariff Book Cover Sheet and revised Natural Gas Tariff Book Cover Sheet, since on January 1, 1999 Washington Water Power Company changed its name to Avista Corporation. Company indicates in its letter of transmittal that this is the first step in converting all of their tariffs to the Avista Corporation name. The remaining tariffs will be changed, over time, as they make changes to each individual tariff page. Company asks for an effective date of 2-15-99 for these cover sheets.
Randy Lobb, Staff Engineering Supervisor reviewed the tariffs and he indicates they are okay.  
Therefore, said tariff sheets are approved this date 1-7-99; effective 2-15-99.
