On November 15, 1998, Idaho Power Company submitted the attached tariffs in compliance with Order Nos. 27660 and 27722. On December 24, 1998, Lynn Anderson, Staff Economist, reviewed the tariffs and he indicates they are in substantial compliance with the orders.
Company asks for an effective date of May 16, 1999.
Therefore, we hereby approve said tariffs this date; effective May 16, 1999.
