On December 29, 1998, United Water Idaho, Inc. filed the attached Tariff Schedule 1D to implement the first phase of rates set forth in Order No. 27798 in this case.
Staff engineering supervisor, Randy Lobb has reviewed the schedule and he indicates it is in accordance with ON 27798 and he recommends approval with an effective date of 01-01-99, per request of the company.
Therefore, the attached Tariff Schedule 1D of United Water Idaho is hereby approved this date, effective 01-01-99.
