COMES NOW the PacifiCorp Idaho Industrial Customers ("PIIC"),by and through its
attorney of record,Ronald L.Williams,in accordance with IDAPA 31.01.01.056,221 -222 and
Idaho Rules of Civil Procedure 26,33,34 and 37,moves the Commission for an Order requiring
Rocky Mountain Power/PacifiCorp to fully answer PIIC's Fifth Production Request,Requests
No.30,31,34(d)and 34(h).
Attached is PIIC"s Brief in Support of this Motion to Compel,and the Affidavit of
Ronald L.Williams,in compliance with IRCP 37(1).
If the relief requested is granted,PIC would request the Commission to direct Staff,in
conjunctionwith the Parties,to re-establish a delayedprocedural schedule in this case that will
allow PIIC to receive the requested information,analyze it,prepare and file its prefiled
testimony,and provide adequate time for all parties to prepare for hearing.

PIIC waives oral argument and agrees that the Commission can consider and rule based
