COMES NOW Monsanto Company, through counsel and hereby withdraws its Petition
for Leave to Intervene filed August 21,2017. Monsanto's Petition to Intervene was filed as a
result of PacifiCorp's August 2, 2017 additional informational filing presenting updated
economic analysis supporting the wind repowering, new transmission and new wind investment
projects identified in the 2017 IRP filing to support the wind repowering case (PAC-E-L7-06)
and the new wind/transmission case (PAC-E-17-07). Monsanto will conduct necessary discovery
in those cases rather than in this case.
No deadline has been set to file comments with respect to PacifiCorp's 2017 lntegrated
Resource Plan. Once a deadline is set Monsanto anticipates it may file comments.
