COMES NOW the Idaho Irrigation Pumpers Association, [nc. ("IIPA"), by and through
counsel, Eric L. Olsen of Echo Hawk & Olsen, PLLC, and hereby respectfully submits written
comments to Rocky Mountain Power's ("RMP") Application for Approval of the $7.5 Million
Net Power Cost Deferral and Authority to Decrease Rates by $6.9 Million (the "Application").
IIPA supports the alternative Rate Plan as provided by RMP in their Application.
