ADVICE NO. 98-003
On December 4, 1998, Pacific Corp filed the attached tariff under Advice No. 98-003. As indicated in the letter of transmittal, said filing is a housekeeping filing to cancel Schedule 99 Temporary Surcredit for Electric Service Schedule No. 10. Said tariff was filed April 22, 1997 and expired October 31, 1997. Company is making the filing in order to remove First Revised Sheet No. 99.l from the current tariff book. They ask an effective date of 1-5-99 for Eighth Revised Sheet No. B.2 which is a sheet in their index section. Schedule 99 will no longer be listed on that index sheet.
Staff engineer, Randy Lobb has reviewed the filing and indicates it is okay. Therefore, said tariff sheet is hereby approved this date to be effective 1-5-99.
