UNITED WATER IDAHO, INC.

On December 2, 1998, United Water Idaho filed the attached tariffs in conformance with Commission Order No. 27795 in UWI-W-98-4. As set out in United Water Counsel, Mr. Miller’s letter of transmittal, revisions to Paragraphs 67, 73 and 75 were those required by ON 27795. Sheets 21 through 55 were submitted because the required tariff revisions caused a page numbering problem.  
Randy Lobb, IPUC Engineer Staff Supervisor,  has reviewed the tariffs and indicates they are correct. The tariffs were held until December 16 when the company refiled one page that had a typographical error in it. Company  requested  an effective date of December 4 and the tariffs were actually reviewed by then.
Therefore, said tariffs are approved this date to be effective December 4, 1998, per request of the company.
