Avista Corporation dba Avista Utilities (Avista or Company) received the letter from the Idaho
Public Utilities Commission (IPUC) dated May 7,2015 notifying the Company of revisions to
the PURPA published Avoided Cost Rate(s) in accordance with IPUC Order No. 32697 and
328A2, specifically the update of the natural gas forecast to include the April 14, 2015 EIA
natural gas forecast. The Company has reviewed the information and agrees with the model and
calculations used by the Commission Staff for Avista.
