PARTNERS, LLC ) ) ) Intermountain Energy Partners, LLC ("IEP") hereby petitions the Commission for leave to intervene in the above-titled proceeding pursuant to the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, IDAPA 31.01.01 .071-.15. As discussed below, IEP has a direct and substantial interest in these proceedings, and therefore the Commission should grant intervention. I. IEP is a utility scale renewable energy development company, headquartered in Ketchum,Idaho with an office in Boise, Idaho. IEP has renewable solar energy projects in various stages of development across the west and in particular in Idaho Power's tenitory. IEP has a direct and sutstantial interest in this proceeding because its ability to continue development of solar energy projects will be affected by the Commission decisions in this matter in which Idaho Power seeks to modiff the prospective terms of energy sales agreement.
