The Idaho Conservation League (ICL) respectfully requests the Commission
extend the comment period for Rocky Mountain Power's 2013 Integrated Resource Plan
(IRP). This IRP is a complex document including significant analysis of coal plant
pollution controls, Demand Side Management potential, and the Gateway Transmission
projects. Extending the comment deadline beyond the initial 28-day period will enable a
more through review of the assumptions and analysis supporting the IRP action plan.
Granting this extension is unlikely to cause any appreciable delay to RMP as the IRP
review process in Utah extends into October and in Oregon to |anuary of 2014. ICL
informally consulted the parties who indicated they do not oppose this motion.
WHEREFORE, ICL requests the Commission extend the comment deadline by 45 days.
