Affiant being first duly sworn upon oath, hereby deposes and states as follows:
1. That he is legal counsel of record for the Community Action Partnership Association of
Idaho (CAPAI) and, as such, possesses sufficient information and knowledge to attest to
the statements set forth herein.
2. Affiant maintains detailed timesheets for all of his clients, including CAPAI, which
describe all work done during a given time period, usually a day, and which sum up the
total amount of work performed for that time period.
3. Regarding matters pending before the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, and during
time periods when there are more than one matter pending before the Commission,

Affiant's timesheets do segregate hours worked between the disparate Commission cases,
but do not segregate those hours out between one task compared to another.
4. Affiant did not include any hours or costs expended on CAPAI's Petition for Intervenor
Funding filed in this case on September 25,2013 in the Petition itself. The total amount
sought of $16,050.00 does not include any work related to the funding petition.
