GODFREY TRANSPORT INC - Case No. M-8408-1
On October 27, 1998, the application of Godfrey Transport Inc. for common/contract carrier authority to provide transportation of general commodities was processed by modified procedure.
There were no protests to said application and it would have appeared on the agenda for the next decision meeting with a recommendation from staff to approve said application and issue an order granting said authority.
Because there has not been a decision meeting since November 17 and there will not be one until December 2, 1998 and said carrier has requested that his application be acted upon before that time, this Minute Entry approves the issuance of Order No. 27809 (copy of which is attached). Said applicant has met the requirements for issuance of authority.
