COMES NOW the PacifiCorp Idaho Industrial Customers (PIIC) and requests that the
Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") issue an order extending by one week, from
November 2, 2012, until November 9, 2012, the date on which written comments by interested
persons are due, for the reasons set forth below.
1.As of the date of this filing, PIIC is still engaged in discovery in this case, and is
in communication with Rocky Mountain Power (RMP) regarding PIIC's second set of data
requests, and the confidential nature of some of the responses forthcoming. Also as of this same
date, counsel and the retained expert for PIIC will execute confidentiality agreements being
prepared by RMP and being delivered to PIIC and other parties in this proceeding.
2.Counsel for PIIC has discussed this request for a one-week extension with counsel
for RMP and the Commission Staff, and neither object to the extension.

3. Counsel for PIIC has left voice mails and sent emails to counsel for Monsanto, as
well as Monsanto's designated persons, informing Monsanto of the filing of this motion and this
request for an extension.
WHEREFORE, the PacifiCorp Idaho Industrial Customers request that the Commission
issue an order extending by one week, and until November 9, 2012, the date by which interested
persons are to file comments in this case.
