MOTION FOR PRO HAC VICE ADMISSION
Pursuant to Idaho Public Utilties Commssion Rule 43 and Idaho Bar Commission
Rule 227, the undersigned local counsel, Ronald L. Wiliams, hereby petitions the Idaho Public
Utilities Commssion (the "Commission") for admission of the undersigned applying counsel,
Kelly F. Goodman, in the above-captioned case.
Kelly F. Goodman certifies that she is an active member, in good standing, with the State
of Washington bar, that she maintains the regular practice of law at the above-noted address, and
that she is not a resident of the State ofIdaho or licensed to practice law in Idaho. Kelly F.
Goodman fuher certifies that she has never before been admitted under I.B.C.R. 227 before the
Idaho Public Utilities Commission; and also certifies that she has not been denied admission
under I.B.C.R. in this jursdiction, or under any similar rule, in any other jurisdiction.
Undersigned counsel certifies that a copy of this Motion has been served on all other
paries to the above-captioned matter and that a copy of the Motion, accompaned by a $200 fee
per applicant, has been provided to the Idaho State Bar.

Ronald L. Wiliams certifies that, in accordance with I.B.C.R. 227, he is the designated
local counsel at the address above stated, that he hereby consents to designation as local counsel
and that the above information is tre to the best of his knowledge. Ronald Wiliams
acknowledges that his attendance shall be required at all cour proceedings at which Applying
Counsel appear, unless specifically excused by the Commission.
WHEREFORE, by this Motion, Ronald Wiliams respectfully requests that the
Commission authorize Kelly F. Goodman to paricipate on behalf of Cedar Creek Wind, LLC in
all proceedings before the Commission with respect to the above-captioned matter.
