MOTION FOR PRO HAC VICE ADMISSION
Pursuant to Idaho Public Utilities Commission Rule 43 and Idaho Bar Commission Rule
227, the undersigned local counsel, Ronald Wiliams, hereby petitions the Idaho Public Utilities
Commission (the "Commission") for admission of the undersigned applying counsel, Larry F.
Eisenstat and Michael R. Engleman, in the above-captioned case.
Larry F. Eisenstat certifies that he is an active member, in good standing, with the District
of Columbia bar, that he maintains the regular practice of law at the above-noted address, and
that he is not a resident of the State of Idaho or licensed to practice law in Idaho. Larry F.
Eisenstat further certifies that he has never before been admitted under I.B.C.R. 227 before the
Idaho Public Utilities Commission; and also certifies that he has not been denied admission
under I.B.C.R. in this jurisdiction, or under any similar rule, in any other jurisdiction.
Michael R. Engleman certifies that he is an active member, in good standing, with the
District of Columbia bar, that he maintains the regular practice ofJaw at the above-noted

address, and that he is not a resident of the State of Idaho or licensed to practice law in Idaho.
Michael R. Engleman fuher certifies that he has never before been admitted under I.B.C.R. 227
before the Idaho Public Utilities Commission; and also certifies that he has not been denied
admission under I.B.C.R. in this jurisdiction, or under any similar rule, in any other jurisdiction.
Undersigned counsel certifies that a copy of this Motion has been served on all other
paries to the above-captioned matter and that a copy of the Motion, accompanied by a $200 fee
per applicant, has been provided to the Idaho State Bar.
Ronald L. Wiliams certifies that, in accordance with I.B.C.R. 227, he is the designated
local counsel at the address above stated, that he hereby consents to designation as local counsel
and that the above information is true to the best of his knowledge. Ronald Wiliams
acknowledges that his attendance shall be required at all cour proceedings at which Applying
Counsel appear, unless specifically excused by the Commission.
WHEREFORE, by this Motion, Ronald Willams respectfully requests that the
Commission authorize Lary F. Eisenstat and Michael R. Engleman to paricipate on behalf of
Cedar Creek Wind, LLC in all proceedings before the Commission with respect to the above-
captioned matter.
