("Agrum") petions this Commssion for leave to interene in the above- entitled proceeding pursut to Rules 72 and 73 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Prcedure, IDAPA 31.01.01.072 and 31.01.01.073. In support of ths Pettion, Agrum states as follows: 1. Agrum is one ofPacificorp's largest Idaho customer. 2. Agrum has a direct and substantial interest in these proceedgs because ths Commission's decision may, directly or indiectly, affect Agrum's electrcity rates or serce. 3. Agrum is unable to state its position at ths stage of the proceedings, and therfore seeks to interene for the purse of receiving documents, examining witnesses, and otherse parcipating as its interest may appear.
