Afant being first duly sworn upon oa hery depses and states as follows:
1. Afant suffers from a relatively rare form of pancreais acired at birh known as
"pancreas divisum". Ths disese comes on often with litle or no waring and its
characteristics include severe pain nase and numerous other physical conditions.
2. The "pancreas divisum" suffer by Mr. Pudy on the evening of March 24th, 2009 was
of an extremely seous nature, and as of the filing of this motion and affdavit, Mr. Purdy
remains hospitalized and unable to peorm much in the way of work.
3. Based on prior experence with this dise, Mr. Purdy anicipates that he should be able
to complete the application for interenor funding and file wih all parties no later tha
Friday, March 27th, 2009 by 5 p.m.
