CENTURY TELEPHONE’S ADVICES 98-12 and 98-13
On September 29, 1998, Century Telephone filed letters requesting that Advices 98-12 and 13 be withdrawn. Birdelle Brown’s Memorandum attached hereto explains why Century is withdrawing these tariff advices and she suggests a Minute Entry granting the withdrawals.
Therefore, Advices 98-12 and 98-13 will be considered withdrawn and the company has instead filed a letter indicating their desire to make an Additional Line Promotional Offering.
