Idaho Windfarms, LLC ("Idaho Windfarms ), pursuant to the Notice of
Intervention Deadline in this matter issued on June 28, 2007, and pursuant to Rules 72
and 73 of this Commission s Rules of Procedure, IDAPA 31.01.01.072 and .073, hereby
submits its Petition in the above-captioned matter.
PETITION TO INTERVENE
Idaho Windfarms is a small wind energy developer which holds land rights in the
service territory of all three Idaho public utilities. We have been developing these
projects with the intent to sell energy under PURPA Contracts. Therefore, Idaho
Windfarms has direct and substantial interest in these proceedings and requests the
right to intervene and to appear and participate as a party.
