To the State Public Utility Commission Concerning CASE NO~PAt-07-
Honorable State Public Utility Commissioners I Timothy Shurtz would like
to petition for intervention in the following case # P AC-07 05 Rocky
Mountain Power / Pacific corp. general rate for the following reasons.
As customer of Rocky Mountain Power any change in rates will impact me
personally and as a city council member I introduced the motion and voted
for granting then Utah power a long term sole franchise to provide power to
the City of Firth.
I look forward to working with you, your staff, other intervenors and Rocky
Mountain Power to resolve this rate case with a fair conclusion to all parties.
I also do not intenend to expand on any issues not directly connected to this
case again I would personally like to thank you for your service on my
behalf and your consideration of my petition for intervention in this case
