Please take notice that Schwendiman Wind LLC, pursuant to IPUCRP 67 hereby
withdraws its Petition for Reconsideration dated October 25 2005. This Notice does not
affect the alternative Motion to Amend filed contemporaneously therewith. This Notice
is without prejudice to Schwendiman Wind's ability to challenge the "90-110 Rule" in
other contexts or proceedings.
