Dear Ms. Jewell:
This letter is to advise the Commission that NW Energy Coalition, Renewable Northwest
Project, Land and Water Fund of the Rockies, and Advocates for the West intend to file
comments in the above matter no later than April 9, 2003. We understand this is
consistent with a similar, informal comment filing extension for Monsanto Corp. in this
matter. We have informed PacifiCorp of our intent to file late comments and the
Company did not take a position with respect to this brief extension.
