This Minute Entry is to recognize that Albion Telephone Company did provide the Commission with the requested evidence that the additional service area approved in Commission Order 27670 is included in their FCC-approved Study Area.
The attached Memorandum from Wayne Hart to Myrna Walters, Commission Secretary sets out the information that staff believes satisfies the requirement.  
This Minute Entry will be a part of Case No. ALB-T-98-1 to take note that the Company did as the Commission Order directed.
