(No power is available due to system problems) Economic Curtailment is defined as interruptions that occur when the price of power reaches a pre- defined (trigger) price. (Power is available at a higher price) Premium is defined as the difference between the contract rate and the actual market price paid to buy through the curtailment. Operating Reserve purchased by PacifiCorp in 2000, 2001, and 2002 persuant to short term agreements.
