PAC-E-99-01 MINUTE ENTRY On November 15, 1999, the Commission issued final Order No. 28213 in Case No. PAC-E-99-01 (ScottishPower/PacifiCorp). Condition No. 39 as set out in the Order requires that PacifiCorp file an Affiliated Interest Report by July 1st of each year. By letter dated May 19, 2000, the Company requests an extension of the filing date for the Affiliated Interest Report from July 1 to September 1. This request, the Company contends, is to take into account the change from a calendar year to a fiscal year basis for the year April 1, 1999 through March 31, 2000. The Company contends that the extension will allow sufficient time to gather information after closing of the Company’s fiscal year books. The Commission understands that the Company’s requested extension of its Condition No. 39 file date for its Affiliated Interest Report from July 1 to September 1 is just for the current calendar year 2000. The Commission notes that it has prior to this date notified the Company informally that the requested extension would be acceptable. The Commission has also formally considered this matter as an agenda item at a public decision meet on August 21, 2000. As a matter of administrative housekeeping and because the required file date was pursuant to Commission Order, we find it reasonable to memorialize this authorized change by Minute Entry.
